The following is from a book I subscribed to on the strong recommendation of a good friend who is a great reader.
It was published under the title "A Testament to the Japanese People" and is a must-read not only for the Japanese people but also for people worldwide.

Bill Gates' "Prophecy" Behind the Pandemic
Again, I have no intention of subscribing to so-called "conspiracy theories.
I want to make sure that I understand the facts.
Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft Corporation, which made millions of dollars by releasing the well-known "Windows" software.
What makes Bill Gates a hero is that he has declared that 90% of his assets, which are said to be 10 trillion yen, will be invested in charity.
He was applauded as a brilliant businessman who practiced noblesse oblige or the duty of a nobleman.
However, as the pandemic of the new coronavirus became a reality, there was a strange coincidence in the trajectory of Bill Gates over the past ten years, and I could not help but feel an inexplicable sense of discomfort.
Let me explain briefly.
Have you ever heard of TED (Technology Entertainment Design)?
Under the slogan of "Ideas worth spreading," TED holds the annual TED Conference in Long Beach, California, USA, and Vancouver, Canada.
That was in 2015 (Heisei 27).
Bill Gates, who spoke at the TED Conference, gave a talk entitled "What If the Next Plague Epidemic Comes? In his speech, Gates asked, "What if the next epidemic comes?
In his speech, Gates said, "If there is a disaster that kills more than 10 million people in the next few decades, it is very likely to be caused by a highly infectious virus rather than by war.
We have spent a lot of money on nuclear deterrence but very little on carving out a system to control the plague. We are unprepared for the next epidemic," he said.
So far, this is still Mr. Geig's insight.
But he goes further than that, talking about predictions as if they were sure to happen in the future.
Here are a few excerpts from his remarks
"Let's take a look at the stages of the Ebola epidemic this year. About 10,000 people died, almost all of them in three countries in West Africa.
You may not be so lucky next time. In some cases of the virus, people can be infected but have no symptoms and get on a plane or go to the market. The source of the virus could be a naturally occurring epidemic such as Ebola or even bioterrorism.
In the Spanish flu of 1918, the infection spread quickly and furiously throughout the world, killing 30 million people.
We need to build a system that is prepared for crises. Again, I believe that it can learn from preparing for war.
If there is one good lesson to be taken from the Ebola epidemic, it has served as a wake-up call for us to start preparing. If we start now, we will be ready for the next outbreak in time."
These are the statements made by Bill Gates five years ago.
The above is what Bill Gates said five years ago, and according to Mr. Fujikawa, there is an even more surprising fact.
The date of October 18, 2019, was before the new coronavirus infection was confirmed.
On that day, an international conference called "EVENT201" was held.
The theme was "COVIDI19", or "New Coronavirus."
Representatives from the Bill & Melinda Foundation, of which Bill Gates and his wife are co-chairs, the Center for Health Security at Johns Hopkins University, and the World Economic Forum in Davos presented their views.
It may look like something out of a movie, but this is an actual conference.

It is only a "case study," but it predicts that "the new coronavirus will eventually cause a pandemic that will infect 10 million people worldwide.
Three months after this conference, the new coronavirus spread from Wuhan to the rest of the world. ......

*There is something strange about this. Early last year, when the Wuhan virus was spreading around the world, I searched Shi Zhengli.
I found out that she was supposed to have studied at the University of North Carolina and created a chimeric virus from a bat virus.
It should have mentioned that the Bill & Melinda Foundation had funded this research.
It should also have mentioned that the US government banned the research from continuing due to its dangerous nature.
When I read this part, I immediately remembered it and searched for confirmation, but now I can't find it at all.*

以下は有数の読書家である親友に強く勧められて購読した下記の本からである。
「日本人への遺言」とも題して発行された本であるが日本国民のみならず世界中の人たちが必読である。

パンデミックの背後にビル・ゲイツの「予言」
繰り返すが、私はいわゆる「陰謀論」に与するつもりはない。
ただ事実だけは、しっかりと把握しておきたい。
ビル・ゲイツ氏は、言わずと知れたソフト「ウィンドウズ」を発売して巨万の富を稼ぎ出したマイクロソフト社の創業者だ。
さらにビル・ゲイツ氏を英雄にしたのは、10兆円とも言われる資産の９割を慈善事業に投ずると宣言したことだ。
まさにノーブレス・オブリージュ＝「高貴なる者の義務」を実践する素晴らしい経営者として喝采を浴びた。
ところが、新型コロナウイルスによるパンデミックが現実となると、ビル・ゲイツ氏のここ10年ほどの軌跡には、不思議な偶然が見られ、言い知れぬ違和感を覚えずにはいられないのだ。
簡潔に説明しよう。
みなさんは、ＴＥＤ（Technology Entertainment Design）という会議をご存知であろうか。
「広める価値のあるアイディアーIdeas worth spreading」をスローガンに、アメリカのカリフォルニア州ロングビーチやカナダのバンクーバーで、世界に向けた講演会『ＴＥＤ会議』を毎年開催している。
それは2015（平成27）年のことだった。
ＴＥＤ会議で講演したビル・ゲイツ氏は、「もし次の疫病人流行が来たら？」との演題で講演を行った。
その講演でゲイツ氏は、「もし一千万人以上の人々が次の数十年で亡くなるような災害があるとすれば、それは戦争というよりはむしろ感染性の高いウイルスが原因の可能性が大いにあります」
「これまで私たちは核の抑止に巨額の費用をつき込みましたが、疫病の抑制システムの剔出については、ほとんど何もやってきていないのです。私たちは、次の疫病の蔓延への準備ができていないのです」と語っていた。
ここまでは、まだゲイッ氏の洞察力とも言えよう。
しかし彼は、それ以上の予測をまるで確実に将来起きるかのように語っているのだ。
彼の発言をいくつか抜粋しよう。
〈今年エボラが蔓延した段階を見てみましょう。およそ1万人が亡くなり、ほば全員が西アフリカの3か国の住民でした〉
〈次はそう運に恵まれないかもしれません。ウイルスの中には、感染していても症状が無く、そのまま飛行機に乗ったり、市場に行ったりするケースもあります。ウイルスの感染源は、エボラのような自然由来の疫病だったり、バイオテロでもあり得るのです〉
〈1918年のスペイン風邪の例では、猛烈な勢いで感染は瞬く間に世界中に蔓延し、3,000万人の感染者が死亡しました〉
〈危機に備えた体制づくりが必要です。そのためのレッスンは、繰り返しになりますが、戦争に備えることから学べると思います〉
〈エボラの蔓延から得る何かひとつ良い教訓があるとすれば、私たちが準備を始めるための警鐘となったということでしょうか。いま始めれば、次の疫病への対策は間に合います〉
以上が、5年前のビル・ゲイツ氏の発言だ。
さらに、藤川氏からの情報によると、もっと驚くべき事実がある。
2019（令和元）年10月18日と言えば、それは新型コロナウイルスの感染が確認される前のことだ。
その日、『ＥＶＥＮＴ２０1』という国際会議が開催された。
テーマは、「ＣＯＶＩＤＩ１９」。つまり「新型コロナウイルス」である。
そして、ビル・ゲイツ夫妻が共同代表を務めるビル＆メリンダ財団、ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学健康安全保障センター、ダボス会議（世界経済フォーフム）の代表メンバーが意見発表を行っている。
まるで映画の中のできごとのようだが、これは実際に行われた会議である。

あくまで「事例研究」という建前で、「新型コロナウイルスによって、最終的には全世界に1.000万人の感染者が出るパンデミックとなる」と予測している。
そして、この会議の３ヵ月後に、武漢から新型コロナウイルスが世界に広まった……。

＊この事について妙な事があるのである。武漢ウイルスが世界に巻き散らかされた去年の始め、石正麗について検索した時、彼女がノースカロライナ大学に留学して事と、彼女の研究…コウモリのウィルスからキメラウィルスを作成する事に成功した…に対して、ビル＆メリンダ財団が資金提供していた事と、米国政府が研究の危険性から、研究の継続を禁止した事が記載されていたはずなのである。私は、この個所を読んだ時、即座に、その事を思い出し確認の為に検索したのだが、今は、全く出てこないのである。
