今作は、
劇場で鑑賞 → Blu-Ray 再鑑賞後、 → WOWOW で再々鑑賞（最近）
で改めてぐっときたシーンをアップしてみる（日本語・英語）
なので、ネタバレ注！！！
そのシーンは = フォード２世から、ルマン１年目の失敗をつめられるシェルビー
フォード：今回の大失態の関係者を解雇しない理由を… まずは君から。
シェルビー：
実は…
そのことを考えていました。
あの豪華な待合室で。
座って待つ間、赤いフォルダーが見えました。
４人の手を通った後、あなたの元へ。
その前にも２０数名の社員が目を通し、１９階にたどりついたのでしょう。
失礼ながら、委員会では勝てません。
責任者は１人に。
ですが、贅肉だらけの組織にもかかわらず、フェラーリを精神的に追い込みました。
フォード：そうか？
シェルビー：はい
フォード：続けたまえ
シェルビー：確かに…
我々はまだコーナーで劣ります。冷却面も、安定・耐久性の面でも。
あちこち壊れました。ブレーキは大丈夫でしたが。
塗装が２４時間もつかさえわかりません。
ですが最後の周回は、ミュルサン・ストレートで３５０kmを計測。
何十年間のレース人生の中で、エンツォが初めて見る速さでした。
彼は間違いなく知ったはずです。
我々の方が早いと。
ドライバーも、委員会も関係ない。そう思ってます。
イタリアのモデナで今この瞬間も、心底恐れています。
今年あなたが私を信頼することを...
ですから、
見事に追い詰めたのです。
礼は無用です。
Mr. Ford：Give me one reason why I don't fire everyone associated with this abomination starting with you.
Shelby：Well, sir…
I was thinking about that very question as I sat out there in your lovely waiting room.
I was sitting there… I watched that red folder over there… go through four pairs of hands, before it got to you.
‘Course that doesn’t include the 22 or so other Ford employees, who probably poked at it before it made, in the way up to19th floor.
All due respect, sir, you can’t win a race by committee.
You need one man in charge.
Now, the good news’s I see it, is that even with all the extra weight, we still managed to put old Mr. Ferrari exactly where we want him.
Mr. Ford：Did we?
Shelby：Oh, yes.
Mr. Ford：Expand.
Shelby：Well…sure we hadn’t.
We haven’t worked out how to corner yet. Or stay cool. Or stay on the ground.
A lot of stuff broke.
In fact, the only thing that didn’t break was the brakes.
Hell, right now, we don’t even know if our paint job will last the whole 24 hours.
But our last lap, we clocked 218 mies an our down the Mulsanne Straight.
Now, in all years of racing, old Enzo ain’t never seen anything move that fast.
And now he knows, without a doubt, we’re faster than he is.
Even with the driver, and all the committees,
and that’s what he’s thinking about while he’s sitting in Modena, Italy… right now.
So, yeah,
The man is scared to death…
that this year you might be smart enough to start trusting me.
So, yeah, I’d say got Ferrari exactly where you want him.

追い詰められるはずが一任に持ち込み、最後は「お礼は不要です」とまで！
しかも「不適切なドライバー」「贅肉のような委員会」など問題をキッチリ指摘した上で。
マット・デイモンはシェルビーのインタビューを大量にチェックし、これらのシーンに望んだそう。
これ、なかなかの名シーン！
実はこのアップは前にアップした記事からの抜粋、ではある。
なぜここでまた取り上げるかというと最近自分のまわりで、絶対引けないシチュエーションが発生！
１人のプロとして絶対に引けない状況になり、自分のプライドを守る為そのプロジェクトを放棄せざるえなくなった。
実現すれば双方に多大な Win - Win が生ずることはわかっていたが、仕方ない。
そんな「プロの意地」をこのシーンに見出し、おおいに勇気を得たのだ。
