The following is the continuation of the previous chapter.
Since I visited in 1976, I am satisfied with many things about China, but never expected China.
I did not fall in love with China.
The US diplomatic lobby was a power who disliked the confrontation with China, but now it supports confrontation from the danger of China.
The same thing happened even at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Pro-China faction is generational change, retirement, the strict Okazaki (Hisahiko) group in China who was a minority 25 years ago is mainstream now.
If diplomatic lobby is the first lobby, the second one is ‘US military lobby.’
In pro-China faction, they are pro-China faction in the sense that they say, ‘China has been forgotten, more important is a village in Iraq, a village in Afghanistan’.
In other words, even if you wanted to concentrate on strategies against China, they wanted to follow dangerous terrorists like Ahmad and Mohammed.
However, Ahmad and Mohammed come out one after another. Soldiers pursuing them have been awarded medals with contributions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
In other words, the US military lobby is sending US forces to the village.
However, there is only one left there today.
It is Secretary of Defense Mattis.
But they were defeated.
It understood a fact of being wasteful finally whatever it did in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The US military now believes that about three or four people are worthy of investing money in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The US military lobby has helped China by stopping interest in China.
The third lobby is a completely new lobby, not half a year ago.
It is ‘the technology lobby’.
This lobby has an address.
It is a gentleman who is quietly in the White House.
At first of Trump administration's being started, it was small office, but it occupies one floor already.
Here manages all about the technology policy and the plan, the technology.
At the beginning of 2016 Silicon Valley had no interest in Washington's politics.
‘Politics is not necessary, leave us alone’ was a posture.
If President Trump is trying to raise tariffs, it is going to ‘Do not raise tariffs. Because these parts are procured from Shenzhen, China ...’.
However, a few months ago it said, 'Please respond to China's technology crime.'
'It is said that we had never heard of such things as' expand the office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and concentrate on technology.'
Suddenly, it awoke to a threat.
Because it is not a technology expert, it is my view, it may be because experience of US semiconductor major ‘Micron Technology’ in Taiwan was extremely malignant.
First, Micron is not the top in the industry but the fifth.
Even if it is targeted, no one notices.
Micron had a facility in Taiwan, next to it the Chinese state-owned semiconductor manufacturing company ‘Fujian Jinhua Assembly Cable’ (Jinhua) established a company that is similar to Micron, extract talent with high salary etc., Micron's personal computer, flash memory, and hard drive were required.
When Taiwan police noticed and entered the facility, people ran away with laptops and the like.
Why?
That company was Jinhua, but the contents were Micron.
Thus, Silicon Valley has asked for help because he did notice that he cannot do with China.
California hates Mr. Trump over other states, but the attitude towards China regarding technology is exceptionally applauding.
After taking office, President Trump has kicked the door of China policy.
In order to concentrate on China from the first day of inauguration, he tried to improve relations with President Putin.
By the way, in Washington neighborhood, no one tells that Trump has geopolitical ideas.
However, Trump was geopolitical from the first day.
Give Putin everything and concentrate on China.
Trump became a pioneer of anti-China policy.
Also, even now Trump leaves, the US Congress, the US military lobby and the technology lobby are anti-China.
When they are on holiday, Human rights lobby on Xinjiang Uygur district and Tibet is active.
And there are lawyers seeking liberalization of China.
So, both the New York Times and Washington Post always post some anti-Chinese articles.
Speaking of former American policy on China, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, his influence has gone long ago.
It was annihilated at the first day of inauguration of Trump.
Kissinger's power is 1% of the believed power.
Kissinger finally got invitations for dinner six months after Trump took office, but nothing.
We have no meaning unless it is number 1.
Therefore, I am not interested in Kissinger.
This draft continues.
