以下は駐留軍軍人の子女及び警察官に対する暴行事件と売春行為対策に関する緊急質問

我々が日本の娘と青年の上を案ずると同じように、アメリカの母も又遠く息子の上を気遣つていることと思う。

アメリカ軍当局は、仏国進駐のときと同様、真に青年を母に代つて守るべく軍紀の励行を望みたい。

どうしてもそれができないならば、日本の女性をこれ以上蹂躙することなく、この際、本国から対象となるべき必要数の女性を呼び寄せて、自国の女性によつて性の解決をされるよう切に要望したいのであります。（拍手）

敗戦国とは言え、独立国の女性をいつまでも「おもちや」にしていては、紳士の国の体面にもかかわることでございましよう。

外相のこれに対する御所見を伺いたいと存じます。

一面、日本におきまして女性転落の原因も多くあるが、生活難と自暴自棄が特に多いと思う。女子労働者の低賃金、手内職に対する中間搾取による余りにも過少な収入等々も挙げられると思いますが、転落婦人の保護更生施設と併せ、これについて労働問題等も十分考えられなければならないと思いますが、労働大臣は如何にお考えでございましようか。

なお、米軍基地、保安隊用地として、狭隘な領土が、食糧難の耕地が有無を言わさず取上げられているとき、前述の司令官の命令と見る手紙によつて生れた協議会対策要綱中には、県の部局長は申すに及ばず、教育長や県会議員、又国会議会までが顧問として名を連ね、業者のために土地の斡旋、業者の誘致に協力する旨等が規定され、歓楽街設置業者の家屋建築のために、農業委員会の議も経ずに耕地はどんどん潰され、供出米の割当に対しましては闇米を買つて納めているという実情でございますが、これらに対して農林大臣は如何なる見解の下に如何なる処置をとられているかを伺いたい。

Was the content of the conversation with Professor Miyazaki really that horrific?

I thought that the "result of a hundred years of unchanging corruption" was something I had talked about in the past, such as the essence of China, which has not changed in two thousand years, or the fact that the Chinese are historically a disparate people.

However, the words on the book jacket, "The horror of historical falsification and the dominance of Chinese characters—the time has come to fight the Chinese, whether we like it or not!" are true, and now, three years later, China is becoming an ever-greater threat to Japan.

We hear nothing but bad news from China.

The surveillance system for people using IT, such as smartphones, is only getting stricter, and the ethnic minorities in places such as Uighur, Tibet, and Mongolia are suffering under valid colonial rule.

It is becoming increasingly clear that China is the very imperialist nation that these people revile.

In August 2018, the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination reported that "many reports are indicating that large-scale secret internment camps exist in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region" and expressed concern that "more than one million Uyghurs and other people are being held in these camps."

At first, the Chinese government denied the reports, saying they were "complete fabrications." Still, when it became clear from satellite photos and other evidence that the camps existed, they changed their tune and admitted that they were forcing Muslims to undergo patriotic education.

They said that since this was China, it was enough to use only Chinese, that it was outrageous to use strange characters that weren't Chinese, and that if they didn't stop being Muslims, they would be considered terrorists.

One foreign journalist even called the whole Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region a "blue sky prison camp."

The Japanese invented katakana and hiragana in the 9th century. They could conveniently use ideographic Chinese characters because they had characters that could be written as spoken.

They think that as long as things look the same, that's fine, that it's OK to lie if it gets you through, and that it's OK to explain that the firm won and that the heavens have decreed it.

Even so, the Chinese have accumulated wisdom that has enabled them to survive in a society where the struggle for survival is fierce, and I am worried about the complacency of the Japanese these days.

伊勢高校～京都大学～大阪大学大学院で、モンゴル語を専門として学んだ宮脇淳子の学識が世界有数であることは、それぞれの高校、大学の同窓生は大いに誇りに思わなければならないだろう。

中国からはよいニュースが何一つ聞こえてきません。

スマホなどＩＴを利用した国民への監視体制は厳しくなるばかりですし、ウイグルやチベットやモンゴルなどの少数民族は、本当の意味での植民地支配下で苦しんでいます。

中国こそ、が、かれらが蛇蝎のようにののしる帝国主義者だということ、が、いよいよ明らかになってきました。　

2018年8月、国連人種差別撤廃委員会が「新疆ウイグル自治区に、大規模な秘密の収容所が存在することを示す報告が数多くある」と報告し、「ウイグル族ら百万人以上が収容されている」と懸念を表明しました。

はじめ中国政府は「完全な捏造だ」と否定しましたが、衛星写真などで収容所があることが明らかになると開き直り、イスラム教徒に強制的に愛国主義教育を受けさせていることを認めました。

ここは中国なんだから、中国語だけで十分だ、漢字でない変な文字を使っていること自体がけしからんし、イスラム教徒であることを止めないならテロリストと見なす、というわけです。

ある外国人ジャーナリストなど、新疆ウイグル自治区全域を「青空収容所」とすら呼んでいます。

2015年12月に本書の元版がビジネス社から刊行されたとき、真っ黒な表紙と大きな文字『中国壊死』とあるのを見て、私はびっくりしました。

宮崎先生と対談した内容は、そんなにおどろおどろしいものだったのかしら？

「百年変わらない腐敗の末路」って、私は二千年変わらない中国の本質とか、中国人が歴史的にはバラバラな人たちだという話をしたんだけどなあ、と思いました。

ただし帯にあった「歴史捏造と漢字支配の恐怖　いやでも中国人と戦う時代がやってきた！」はその通りで、3年たった今では、中国は、ますます日本にとって脅威になってきています。　

中国からはよいニュースが何一つ聞こえてきません。

スマホなどＩＴを利用した国民への監視体制は厳しくなるばかりですし、ウイグルやチベットやモンゴルなどの少数民族は、本当の意味での植民地支配下で苦しんでいます。

中国こそ、が、かれらが蛇蝎のようにののしる帝国主義者だということ、が、いよいよ明らかになってきました。　

2018年8月、国連人種差別撤廃委員会が「新疆ウイグル自治区に、大規模な秘密の収容所が存在することを示す報告が数多くある」と報告し、「ウイグル族ら百万人以上が収容されている」と懸念を表明しました。

はじめ中国政府は「完全な捏造だ」と否定しましたが、衛星写真などで収容所があることが明らかになると開き直り、イスラム教徒に強制的に愛国主義教育を受けさせていることを認めました。

ここは中国なんだから、中国語だけで十分だ、漢字でない変な文字を使っていること自体がけしからんし、イスラム教徒であることを止めないならテロリストと見なす、というわけです。

ある外国人ジャーナリストなど、新疆ウイグル自治区全域を「青空収容所」とすら呼んでいます。　

どうして中国人がこんなに粗野なのかというと、本書で私が説明したように、漢字というコミュニケーション手段のせいだと思うのです。

日本人はすでに9世紀にはカタカナとひらがなを発明し、話す通りに書くことのできる文字を持った上で、表意文字である漢字を便利に利用してきました。

だから、20世紀まで発音がバラバラだった漢字しか持っていなかった中国人のことを、本当には理解していないのです。　

中国人には細かいニュアンスは通用しません。

見た目が同じならそれでいい、嘘をついても通ればいい、強い者が勝ったあとで天命が降りたから、と説明すればいいと考えています。日本人は中国を過大評価してきましたが、単なる力の信奉者の集団です。　

それでも中国人は生存競争の厳しい社会を生き延びる知恵を蓄えてきたので、私は最近、日本人の油断が心配で仕方がありません。

中国の悪口を言って憂さを晴らしている場合ではないのです。

本書を読んで、そんな中国に負けない強い日本をつくるためにはどうすればいいのか。

私も本気で考えますが、読者のみなさんも、日本の弱体化に手を貸す日本人を野放しにせず、日本の国益のために、それぞれの場所で頑張っていただきたいと思います。

If you consider it properly, like a kindergarten child you know, a suspicious story NHK is reporting to merrily overnight.

I saw a woman named Sasaki Kumi for the first time a while ago ... Although it may be common to the shaping heaven, South Korea, it seems that anyone seeing it (with a glance), she had such a face.

It would be a decent human feeling to feel strangeness, suspiciousness just by that expression.

I never thought that this woman was pure Japanese.

It is as I mentioned that I am the most loved woman in the world, and all the people around me are familiar with it.

But I do not feel love at all for this woman.

It is because everything is doubtful.

I am a human who has felt love to France so far, but in this one case, French became disgusting.

Is not imbecility going too far?

Is this unidentified woman in France, not in Japan, or there is no intelligence that doubts the suspicion about doing such things?

With such a poor intelligence, it is somewhat unlikely to criticize Japan that achieves the highest intelligence and freedom that is in line with the United States!

It expresses the severity of the sense of racial discrimination of French and their imbecility to an extent no more.

I really dislike French people.

If there is a time to say that you are fiddled with things such as molesting in Japan, it would be better to manage the reality that you guys are still in a class society, from Europe.

Your football is ‘the antidote of the class society’, its essence.

In the time that Japanese molests say such things as you say, you ought to have piles of class discrimination, racial discrimination and so on that you have to solve.
