今日はThe Garden Visitor's Handbook 2021のDorset Countyの個所から引用します。

スコーンの上に載せる "clotted cream" が気になりました。辞書で調べます。

英国南部の名物の様ですが、コーヒーに乗せる生クリームと同じかな?
