As A Father As A Swim Coach

朝はしっかり、午後ミーティング、チューブ。

朝はプルを中心に7100m
午後は3時からスタッフミーティング。
現在、私が取り組んでいるプログラムについて説明し、選手ひとりひとりとのコミュニケーションの大切さや目標設定の大切さを説いたのですが、選手に対して常に上から目線の中国のコーチ達には中々理解できないようです。
ともあれ、選手の向上ぶりには目を見張るものがあり、細かなテクニックをしっかり吸収して行っています。
やはり、頭の良い選手は飲み込みが早い。



スタートも随分良くなりました。



ミーティングに備えて選手の意見を吸い上げてみるとどこかにリカバリーが欲しいと(当たり前か:笑)の事で量が少なくてリカバリーの様に思えるチューブを午後に。それなりに納得したようです。

夕食、今日は駅近くのフードコート。

いかにポジティブに頑張ってくれたかが分かります。
The training programme is always fun. Like the set isn't long and boring but still reaches the intensity and distance. So this makes it easier for us to be motivated to train. The core and weight circuits are also very fun but tiring at the same time. The set is also very efficient as we can do almost 7k in about 2 hours so that's nice. I really like this programme but I think we could have like
one fully recovery set cos we're always very tired haha
I think we can all agree that even though the set is tough, we are getting used to it and definitely see the benefits of the set. We are able to train our sprints, mid distance and long distance which is great. The land training is tiring, fun and fulfilling at the same time. And it really helps a lot in team bonding. I agree with Bryant that we should have a fully recovery set bcos we do mostly high intensity sets for the whole week.
I would really like to continue this program because I think it would really help me with my determination and strength to continue my swimming journey. Also, this program really allowed us (10 of us) to bond together and be as one as we train. Thus, I would want to continue this program.
I really like this training program as it keeps me motivated and i think the sets are really useful. I'm also happy with our team spirit so far and would like to continue with this program.
I like this training program .Although it's so tiring (hehe) , I really got to be able be exposed to different a types of training styles and also be able to train with this amazing group of (people)
Same I like the trg sets even though I die a lot haha n I love how our team motivates each other and with u guiding us makes it even more enjoyable!!
Struggle abit with times that I can't make sometimes 😂
I guess I like the training programs. Even though it is pretty tiring, and most of the time I can't really catch up for the paddle pulling sets, I think that this type of training will allow me to train harder so I can swim faster as we have to swim much more. I like the weight circuit training as it is very fun even though it is tiring and I will have no strength to do the chin ups after that. In overall, I would like to continue this type of training program (good)
I like how we have a pulling set then a kicking set followed by a swim set because it allows me to be fully warmed up before sprinting. The circuit training is useful but very tiring and my muscles ache for many days after the training. Overall, it is a good programme but I think we should have at least a recovery day
Hi coach! I felt that the last week of training was very motivating and challenged me!! The team was very bonded and we had strong camaraderie and I enjoyed it very much! 😊💪
