What the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications is deliberating on for the so-called super- high -speed Internet era,beleieved to start around 2010, has been made clear recently.According to the ministry's plan, it aims to make NTT obliged to have other communication operators use the NTT's new communication networks by the Internt protocol, which is now under development by NTT.The new netwoks are those on which all the telephone , PC, and mobile phone can be directly connected.
