心にある障壁：
Barriers in our minds:

より高く自らを導いていこうとするならば、あえて幾重に立ちふさがる障壁に立ち向かっていかなければならない。
If you want to lead yourself higher, you should take the trouble to face a lot of barriers standing on your way.

そして、一番大きな障壁は、安逸を求める自分自身の心だ。自分自身に打ち勝つことにより、障壁を克服し、卓越した成果をあげることができる。
The biggest barrier among them is your own mind wanting to be a life of ease. Getting over barriers by overcoming yourself makes you get excellent results.
