In the case of the murder of a junior high school female student which took place in 1968 in Hukui city, the Kanazawa branch of the Nagoya High Court decided on Wednesday the retrial of the case, admitting the second application for retrial from Shoji Maekawa who was already once sentenced to be guilty and finished serving his 7-year prison term. The presiding judge Koji Yamada said, There's a high possibility that a testimony by a person concerned was faked with the encouragement by the police and its doubt could be cleared."
