落ちたばかり…感が、漂っていると思いました。持ち主はいつ気が付いたんでしょうねぇ。
電車に乗ってからの「あ！」だと、取りには戻って来ないンでしょうねぇ。
I thought that it has JUST been dropped. When did the owner notice about it?
When he/she had got on a train, the person had noticed it, the person wouldn't have came back to pick up.

道に落ちていたのを誰かが拾いあげて、「ココ」に置いたのか？
両手揃っています。
持ち主さん、今なら間に合いますよ～。

Or, it was dropped, someone picked it up then put it here?
