The Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare has satrted to deliberate on introducing a new system where the fixed amount of reward should be paid to the hospital every a patient's hospitalization,if the kinds of the illnesses and injuries are the same with each other,regardless of the quantity and days of treatments and dosage, with regard to the treatment of inpatients. This is aimed at raising the efficiency of medical treatment in Japan.
