Scolding one's subordinates in an artificial way, to be more exact, scolding them based on one's selfishness or vicious mind. One must never do this kind of behavior.

If you do your job based on the order by others, its result would be small. But if you push forward your job on your own initiative finding an answer to your questions, its result would be big.
