正しい道義
Right morality:

大きな志を実現していくには、多くの人々の力を結集していかなければならない。そのときに大切になるのが、「正しい道義」である。
If you intend to make your great desire realized, you have to collect power from people around you. What matters at the time is whether you have right morality in your mind.

高邁な志を持って、ひたむきに努力を続ける人の周りには、自然と志を同じくする人が集まってくる。
Around the person with a great idea who continues making a steady effort will people in the same direction come.

そのようにして末広がりに仲間が増えていくことで、やがて当初想像もできなかった偉大な成功を実現することができる。
With people increasing like that, a greater success than you have expected would be attained finally.

経営１２カ条⑤
Twelve points of business management

「経営１２カ条」は、「思いというのが、自分自身の人生を決める。真我や理性・良心から出てくる強い思いであれば、それは必ず結果として表れる」ということを前提にしてつくられています。
This " twelve points of business management" is based on the pretext that "your thinking decides your life, or if your desire comes from your true self or conscience or reason, it will surely be realized."

　つまり、経営１２カ条のすべての条文には、「思いは必ず実現する」という思想が流れているのです。
It means that each of the twelve points has underlying thought that "your thoughts will be realized."

Twelve points of business management:

１０．常に創造的な仕事をする
　　　今日より明日、明日より明後日と常に改良改善を絶え間なく続ける。創意工夫を重ねる
Ten is to continue your efforts indefinitely, from today to tomorrow, from tomorrow to the day after tomorrow, and work out a new idea incessantly.

１１．思いやりの心で誠実に
　　　商いには相手がある。相手を含めてハッピーであること。皆が喜ぶこと
Eleven is to be considerate to others and faithful to them.
There is a counterpart in your business. All including the counterpart should be happy.

１２．常に明るく前向きに、夢と希望を抱いて素直な心で
Twelve is to be always positive and forward, with hope and dreams in mind.

Twelve points of business management:

７．経営は強い意志で決まる
　　経営には岩をもうがつ強い意志が必要
The management should be decided with a strong will.
It requires the kind of strong will that breaks the rock.

８．燃える闘魂
　　経営にはいかなる格闘技にもまさる激しい闘争心が必要
Burning fighting spirit.
The management requires more burning fighting spirit than in any other martial arts.

９．勇気をもっと事にあたる
　　卑怯な振る舞いがあってはならない
With courage you should deal with things.
You shouldn't behave like a coward.

Twelve points of business management

４．誰にも負けない努力をする
　　地味な仕事を一歩一歩堅実に、弛まぬ努力を続ける
Four is to make more efforts than anybody else.
You should keep on doing unspectacular work step by step, firmly, and making a ceaseless effort.

５．売上を最大限に伸ばし、経費を最小限に抑える
　　入るを測って、出ずるを制する。利益を追うのではない。利益は後からついてくる
Five is to increase sales to maximum and reduce costs to minimum.
You should control what goes out, measuring what comes in. Don't seek to get profits. They will come later.

６．値決めは経営
　　値決めはトップの仕事
　　お客様も喜び、自分も儲かるポイントは一点である
Price is to be decided by top.
There is only one point where customers are satisfied, and you could make money.
