豊かな人生
A rich life:

人は得てして、恵まれた環境にあっても、与えられた仕事をつまらないと思い、不平不満を口にします。しかし、それで運命が好転するわけではありません。与えられた仕事を天職と思い、その仕事を好きになるよう努力し、さらに打ち込むのです。
People have a tendency that they regard their jobs plain and further go on to complaining of them even though they are in a favorable environment. But that way of thinking doesn't make their fates up. What they should do is to think of their job as an occupation, try to love it, and devote yourself to that.

そうするうちに不平不満は消え、仕事も順調に進むようになっていくはずです。そして、さらに懸命に働き続けていくことで、素晴らしい考え方や人格を自分のものにすることができ、結果として物心ともに豊かな人生を送ることができるのです。
Doing things like that should make your complaints disappear, and your job go well. And you can acquire the wonderful way of thinking and a polished personality by continuing working hard. In consequence, you could spend a rich life both materially and mentally.

反省ある日々②
Reflective days in your life

私は、「反省ある日々」を通じてかちえた「人格」こそが、最も堅固であるばかりか、何にも増して気高いものであり、それこそがわれわれをして、素晴らしい人生へと導いてくれるものと固く信じています。
It is the personality you have got through reflective days in your life that is not only the firmest, but also more precious than anything else. And also, I believe that will lead you to a wonderful life.

反省ある日々①
Reflective days:

人間は誰しも完璧ではあり得ず、時に間違いを引き起こしてしまいます。しかし、そのたびに素直に「反省」し、再び同じ誤りをしないように懸命に努めていく、その日々のくり返しが、少しずつ人間性を高めてくれるのではないでしょうか。
Everyone is not perfect, sometimes makes a mistake. But when every time they do the mistake, they reflect themselves honestly and make efforts not to do the same mistake, it would lead them to enhancing their personalities day by day.

利他の心を判断基準にする
An altruistic mind should be your yardstick for judgement:

利己にとらわれない正しい判断基準、価値観を持つことができるようになってはじめて、私たちは「足るを知る」ことができ、心から「豊かさ」を実感することができるようになる。
Only if we have the yardstick for right judgement or a good sense of value, which are free from selfishness, we could come to be satisfied and feel affluent from the bottom of our hearts.

成功に至る道
The path to success:

成功に至る近道などあり得ない。情熱を持ち続け、真面目に地道な努力を続ける。このいかにも愚直な方法が、実は成功をもたらす王道なのである。
There is no short-cut way to success. To continue having enthusiasm and make a steady effort in earnest. This foolish-like method is actually the shortest way to success.
