へちまをもらい、レシピも教えてもらった。
I got a dishclothgourd and she tought me how to cook it.
１ へちまを適当な大きさに切る。
1 Cut dishclothgourd some pieces.
２ お湯を沸かし、ほんだしと干しエビを入れる。
2 Boil water and put some hondashi(Japanese soup source) and hoshiebi(dried shrimp)
３ へちまを入れ、煮る。
3 Put dishclothgourd and boil
４ さつま揚げを入れ、味を塩でととのえたら出来上がり！
4 Put satsumaage, some salt and done!
