ジャックフルーツを生まれて初めて食べた。
スリランカでは普通、ジャックフルーツが若い時に料理に使って食べてしまうそうなので、熟したジャックフルーツを生で食べるのは、珍しいということ。
ホテルの庭には、大きなジャックフルーツの木がある。

Jack fruit, I ate it for the first time in my life.
They normaly eat them before getting ripe to cook, so it is unusual to eat fresh jack fruits.
In the hotel garden, there is a big jack fruits tree.

アーユルヴェーダ・クッキングの授業があった。
といっても、料理はしなかった。ただ厨房へ行って、どうやって料理してるのか見学しただけ。
アーユルヴェーダの料理は野菜だけを使い、肉や魚は使わない。胃にとてもいいと感じた。
たくさん食べたけど、全く胃もたれしなかった。
We learned about Ayurveda cooking.
I didn't cook, but only looked how to cook.
Ayurveda food is only use vegetables, no meat and fish, I felt good for my stomach.
I ate a lot, but I didn't heavy on my stomach at all.
なつこさんだけ、シェフのお手伝いをした。
Only Natsuko-san helped chef.
彼女はひたすらたまねぎとニンニクの皮をむいていた。
She always peal onion and garlic skin.
いよいよ食事。
手で食べるとすごくおいしいです！
And I found that it is very tasty if I eat by my finger!

最初の日の朝、友人たちと一緒にホテルの周りを散歩した。
とてもジョギングしたかったのだけど、交通事情が危険であきらめた。
車やトラック、バイクやトゥクトゥクなどあらゆる乗り物が、無秩序に走り回っている。
もし車にひかれて死んでしまったら、笑えない。
At the first day morning, me and my friends took a walk together around the hotel.
I really wanted to jog around the hotel, but I gave up, because the traffic condition was dangerous.
Cars, tracks, bikes, tuktuks, all of the vehicules drive chaotically on the road.
If I am killed by a car accident, it's not laughing.

このミステリーツアーの目的は、アーユルヴェーダを受けること。
アーユルヴェーダについては少しだけ知っている。
ヴァータ（風）、ピッタ（火）、水（カパ）という三つの体質があるということだけ。
まず、アーユルヴェーダのドクターに診断してもらう。
私のタイプはピッタ・カパだった。これには少し驚いた。自分の体質に「火」があるとは想像していなかったから。
いつも手は冷たいし。
ドクターがおっしゃるには、「火」だからこそ、冷やそうとして冷たくなるんだと。
とても興味深い。
診断を受けた後は、トリートメントだ。オイルマッサージとハーバルバスだ。
顔、体、頭、全部のマッサージ。
とてもリラックスして気持ち良かった。3日間のアーユルヴェーダ施術の間は、アルコールや肉は禁止、野菜や果物だけ食べる。
This mystery tour's aim is having Ayurveda treatment.
I know Ayurveda a little bit, just know about three type, Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
At first, we have a diagnosis from a Ayurveda doctor.
My type is Pitta-Kapha. I was a little bit surprised, because I had no idea that my type was Pitta.
Because my hands always feel cold.
Doctor said that because I have Pitta elements, so that I feel my hands feel cold.
It was really interesting.
After having a diagnosis, we had a Ayurveda treatment, an oil massage and a harbal bath.
Face, body, head, all of massages.
I was very relaxed, and felt good.During three days Ayurveda treatment, we can't drink alcohol, and can't eat meat, but only vegetables and fruits.
たった三日間だけのアーユルヴェーダ体験だったけど、もっと長くやりたいと思った。例えば２週間とか３週間とか。
もしそのぐらい受けられたら、心と体は確実に変わるだろう。
I had Ayurveda treatment only three days, but I really want to have more days, for exemple 2 or 3 weeks.
If I have more treatment, my body and mental condition must be changed better.

バンダライケ空港で他のメンバーと一緒になり、カジュツリーホテルへ行く。
これは、ミステリーツアー。
ジュンちゃんが「これからスーパーマダムのお家に行きまーす！」と言った。
スーパーマダムって誰？？
スーパーマダムのお宅に着いた。お屋敷と呼ぶにふさわしい邸宅だった。
