Prosecutors arrested Murakami,a bureaucratic-turned-fund manager,for suspected insider stock trading. He allegedly got the information in November 2004 that Liveddor would buy shares in Nippon Broadcasting Systems Inc.Murakami admitted the allegation. And also, He made it clear that the fund will accept the take-over-bid offer from Hankyu Holdings in connection with the Hanshin Railway Co.'s shares.
