There was a stock price decline in Tokyo Stock Exchange on Monday, when the first trading was held after Shigeru Ishiba was elected as the Liberal Democratic Party President. That decline was the third biggest one this year and the Nikkei Stock Average of the 225 shares on the list fell more than 2,000 yen temporarily.
