It is learned that a judge sent to the Finance Service Agency from the court has carried out stock deals based on the industrial information like that on take -over bids he got on his job. He has been engaged in screening of TOB deals. As a result, he has been forced to be investigated by Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission on suspicion of violating the rules on insider trading. The surveillance commission is going ahead with the investigation keeping in mind accusing him of the case to the Tokyo Prosecutors Office.
