It is learned that according to the results of the standard land prices surveyed as of July1,2006, the land prices in the three metropolitan areas rose in a 16-year interval, while the national average decreasaed 2.4%.In the ward areas of Tokyo, in all the spot surveyed there was rises,for the first time in 19 years.
