上場①
A company's going public by being listed to the stock exchange:
When I made Kyosera listed on the stock exchange, I didn't sell any of my own stocks, I issued new stocks, and I made all the money I got through that listing come into the company. At that time, I was in my late 30s, I thought " I will further work harder than before."
It's because I thought I had to think of new investors' happiness, besides employees and their families until that time, once the company was listed. Instead of " taking a break," I felt my responsibility got bigger and heavier.
