Major automobile manufactures are going to successively revise their production systems in the world. Toyota will gradually introduce its multi-type-vehicle-assembly line,which makes multiple kinds of vehicles of up to 8 types at the same time assembled,in the plants at home and abroad, from 2007. Nissan will adopt a new automation system for conveying automobile components in its major plants across the world.Domestic car makers have been proceeding Western car makers in inovation of production technologies.But recently their lead has become rather slim. So they seem to again make efforts in enhancing their competence by introducing further advanced technologies.
