トップのつとめ
The duties of the top:

社長をはじめ企業のトップに立つ者は、自分の能力を百％、企業に注入できてはじめて、社長であり、トップなのです。本当はプライベートな時間すらもとれないぐらい厳しいのがトップです。
Only if a person with the corporate top position including a company's president can pour his 100% ability into his firm, he could be said to be the president or the top. Strictly speaking, they could not take their private time, which means it's a really tough job.

真の事業家
A true entrepreneur:

「利を求むるにも道ありき」。真の事業家は、人の道を踏み外さないように、その範囲で利益を追求する。
"There should be a proper way even in making profits." A true entrepreneur will seek profits withing that range in order to not get out of the path regarded right as humans.

強欲企業の限界
The limit of a greedy company:

企業は人間の集まりであるから、どうしても、欲望から発した「もっと儲けよう」という行動が出てきてしまう。しかし私は、自社の利益だけを最大にしようと経営を行い、それで成功し続けているような企業はあり得ないと考えている。
An enterprise is a group of humans, so there are actions coming from the desire "Let's make more money." But I don't think there could be some companies which have long been successful based on the principle that they only make an effort to making their own profit to the maximum.

働く価値観を改める
To improve your sense of value on working:

働くということに対する価値観を改めることが、今の日本にとって最も重要だ。なるべく働かずに多くのお金をもらうのがいいのではなく、懸命に働くことで、生活の糧を得るだけでなく、精神的な満足が得られ、人間を磨くことにもつながるのだ、という考え方を多くの人が持つようになるべきだ。
In my opinion, improving your sense of value on working is the most important thing for the Japanese society at present. Getting a lot of money without working as much as possible would no good. On the contrary, I think, you should have the mind that working as hard as possible could not only make you get money necessary for your living, but also give you a mental satisfaction and brush your personality.

二宮尊徳の生き方
The way Sontoku Ninomiya spent his life:

私は、日々の仕事に打ち込むことによって、人格を向上させていくことができると考えています。つまり、一所懸命働くことは、単に生活の糧をもたらすのみならず、人格をも高めてくれるのです。
I think you can enhance your personality by devoting yourself into your daily work. I mean working as hard as possible could not only make you get money for your living but also get you to enhance your personality.

その典型的な例は、二宮尊徳です。彼は生涯を通じ、田畑で懸命に働き、刻苦勉励を重ねていく中で真理を体験し、人格を高めていきました。そのような尊徳であったからこそ、リーダーとしてたくさんの人々の信頼と尊敬を集め、多くの貧しい村々を救うことができたのです。
The typical example is Sontoku Ninomiya. He enhanced his personality through his life, working in the fields for crops as hard as possible, and experiencing the truth through his steady efforts towards a good life. As Sontoku was such a nice guy, he could draw a lot of respect and trust from people around him and could save a lot of villages from poverty.
