町中華 A Chinese restaurant in the town

テレビで町中華の特集をやっていたのを観たからか、無性に「古老肉」が食べたくなり、出かけた。

「古老肉（グーラオロウ）」の日本の名前は何だっけ？忘れてしまい、検索した。

そうだ。「酢豚」だ。

珍珍亭へ行ったが、「酢豚」がメニューになかった。

代わりに「青梗菜と牛肉のオイスター炒め」定食を注文。前回来た時、中国人のお兄さん二人がこれを注文していたので、美味しいに違いないと思った。

やはり美味しかった。

I watched TV program of Chinese restaurants in a town, so I wanted to eat Chinese food, esperialy  "Gu rao rou".

I forgot this food of Japanese name, I searched on internet.

This is " Subuta ".

I went out to eat this in Chinchin tei, but they didn't have subuta in their menu list.

So I ordered fried beef and chingensai with oister sauce, because I saw two Chinese gais ordered this, so it must be good.

Yes, it was very good.

オランダ煮 Oranda ni

友人宅を久しぶりに訪ねた。前回遊びに行ったのは、コロナの前だったから、もう５年前かな。

オランダ煮を作ってくれた。オランダ煮は加賀地方の郷土料理だ。

北海道で仕入れたワインを持って行った。おいしかった。

I visited my friend's house for a long time since I had visited the last time.

Maybe five or four years more...

She cooked Orandani, and I took  a white wine that I got in Hokkaido.

いつやってるかわからないジェラート屋 Gelato shop that you never know its open time

新しくできたジェラート屋へ行った。

初めて行った時は、店が閉まっていた。

看板に書いてある時間なのに開いてない。

次の日も閉まっていた。

イライラした。こういう状況は他の人たちはどう感じるのかな。

いつやっているのかわからないということで、逆に希少価値が出る？

開いている時を見つけて初めて食べてみた。

I went to a new gelato shop.

When I went to for the first time, it was closed.

It was written opening time on a signboard and it was that time, but it was closed.

Next day was also closed.

I was frustrated, but I don't know how do other people feel about a situation like this.

It will be worth that you never know it is opened?

I got a gelato when I got the chance that it was opened.

 

ヒレカツおろしポン酢定食 Hirekatsu oroshiponzu teishoku

ひれかつたけだに行った。最近四ツ谷に行くとだいたい寄るなぁ。

ヒレカツおろしポン酢定食。満足。

I went to Hirekatsu Takeda. I often go there when I go to Yotsuya.

Hirekatsu oroshi ponzu teishoku. I'm satisfied.
