一年前、京都伏見の駿河屋
A year ago at Surugaya in Fushimi, Kyoto.
日本では、他の国のように厳しい外出制限があるようなロックダウン生活とは違う自粛生活だ。
日常生活のために買い物にも行けるし、散歩にも行ける。
でもたくさんの飲食店は閉まっているし、美術館も図書館も劇場も、そのほか色んな活動は今制限されている。
ある日、食料を買うために出かけた。その日はかなり雨が降っていて、うれしかった。
なんでかというと、こういう天気の悪い日には、人出が少ないからだ。
いつもスーパーは混んでいる。自宅勤務の人が多いこともあるのか、みな家にいるし、レストランも閉まっているので、スーパーで買い物して、家で料理をするからだろう。
この日は、まんじゅう屋とパン屋に行った。
まんじゅう屋では、おまけをくれた。なんかうれしい。
パン屋では、年配のおばさんが店にいたが、会計の時に私が頭の中で計算したより安かったので、あれ？と思ったら、少し安くしてくれていた。
そして、「今、コロナでみんな大変だからね。がんばろうね。」と言ってくれた。
おばさんだって、大変だろうに！安くしてくれるなんて、感動しちゃった。
この日ほど、お店で働いている人たちに心から感謝したことはなかった。
自分の日常生活を支えてくれている人たち、スーパーのレジで働いている人たちに、今までこんなに感謝したことがあっただろうか？
In Japan, the conditions and the situations are different from another countries, so we are not in strict lock down life.
We can go out to shopping for getting food and other things that we need in ordinary life.
But many restaurants are closed, museums are closed, libruarys are closed, theaters are closed, many activities are not doing now.
I went to shopping for getting food one day, it was quite heavy rainy day, I was really happy about that, because in such bad day, few people go out.
Ordinary days, supermarket is very crowded, now everybody doesn't go to office, many restaurants are not open, so everybody cooks in own house.
This day, I went to Japanese sweets shop, I got some manju.
A shop crew man gave a little present for me, I was very happy.
And then I went to a bread shop, an old women was there, I got some bread, when I payed, she said how much it was, I thought that was cheaper than I calicurated, she said that she gave me discout.
She said " Let's hold out, everybody has a hard time now because of Covid 19. "
I thought that she has also hard time, but she discounted for me, I was moved very much.
I really appriciated for everyone who keeps our life, shop crews, supermarket crews, everyone.
