テレビで町中華の特集をやっていたのを観たからか、無性に「古老肉」が食べたくなり、出かけた。
「古老肉（グーラオロウ）」の日本の名前は何だっけ？忘れてしまい、検索した。
そうだ。「酢豚」だ。
珍珍亭へ行ったが、「酢豚」がメニューになかった。
代わりに「青梗菜と牛肉のオイスター炒め」定食を注文。前回来た時、中国人のお兄さん二人がこれを注文していたので、美味しいに違いないと思った。
やはり美味しかった。
I watched TV program of Chinese restaurants in a town, so I wanted to eat Chinese food, esperialy "Gu rao rou".
I forgot this food of Japanese name, I searched on internet.
This is " Subuta ".
I went out to eat this in Chinchin tei, but they didn't have subuta in their menu list.
So I ordered fried beef and chingensai with oister sauce, because I saw two Chinese gais ordered this, so it must be good.

オランダ煮を作ってくれた。オランダ煮は加賀地方の郷土料理だ。
北海道で仕入れたワインを持って行った。おいしかった。
