ある日、いつもの公園へ行って、ベンチに座った。
深呼吸して、大きな木を眺めた。
夏の始まり。初夏。
今までに何度こういうふうに空を見上げて初夏の風を感じたのだろう。
今までに何度こういうふうに木の葉っぱからこぼれる光を見たのだろう。
これから何度初夏を過ごしていくのだろうか。
そんなことを想いながら、
ほとんど瞑想に近い３０分を過ごした。
One day afternoon, I went to my park, and sat down on a bench.
I took a break and looked up the big tree.
Early summer has come.
How many time did I look up the sky and feel blowing early summer's winds like this?
How many time did I see the light between leaves like this?
And how many time am I in early summer time?
I had a good 30 minites almost do meditation.
