アミューズ。トリュフ入りマドレーヌ。

Amuse. Madrene with truff.

 

長崎のお魚！

Fish from Nagasaki

 

 

野菜のパテ。写真では色が出ていないけど、モザイク模様みたいでとてもきれいだった。

Vegetable pate. It was very colorful as if mosaique, beautiful.

 

 

メインのお魚。

Main dish is fish.

 

チーズ

Cheese

 

合わせたのはデザートワイン。ポルトワインと貴腐ワインです。

We had dessert wine. Porto and Noble rot wine.

 

結局デザートも食べてしまった！かんきつのエクレア。

After all we had a dessert!　An eclaire of orange
