しょうゆ

味と言うよりも、どちらかというと食感が美味い、て言うか、食感が楽しくて、大好きなつぶ貝なんだが、鮪の刺身だけでなく、これなんかも昨日の　「魔法のしょうゆ」　をつけて食べるとより一層の美味しさなのだ。　醤油は鮨屋なんかでも、にぎり用と刺身用を使い分けてることがあるよね。
