DRコンゴの国内難民発生状況は”中東より悪い”

　DR Congoでは1700万人がdisplacedになっちゃって、中東よりひでえや、という状態だとか。

　一日あたり「In a new report, the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre said that an average of 5,500 people fled their homes every day this year」とのことで、継続的に起こり続けている点では確かにミャンマーのロヒンギャより程度がひどい。あれはあれで一時期1日2万人ペースだったっぽいが。

　コンゴでも、悪化の理由に選挙の失敗が挙げられており、「苛政は―」という聖人の言葉を思い起こすことである。
