　シリア。Eastern Ghouta、Doumaでガス攻撃。70名以上死亡とか。

　これでも化学兵器放棄・廃棄について先進的な過程を経たはずの国なのである。まあもっとも、わりと誠実に破棄した後、再度武装したというのも大いにありそうな話ではある。

　…東アジア的な問題としては、北朝鮮の核放棄プロセスがはたして実際に合意されるか、実施されるか、不可逆的になりえるか…という話になろう。不可逆はかなり困難だが。既にできるようになったことをできないようになること、というのはわりと難しい。
