イタリア：死者数、中国を超える

　ちょっと予想外に早かった。
　427名の新規死者を数え、総数3405。中国の3245を超えた。ここ数日、イタリア側の死者発生ペースが速く、急速に順位を上げてしまった。死者数だけなら世界単独トップ。ただし患者数はなお中国の81000以上に対し、イタリアは41035名に留まる。

　死者数、死亡率が飛びぬけて高いのは

「The lockdown has been extended, and Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said it had helped prevent "the collapse of the system".」

　と懸念されるように、システム自体が対応限界に達したからだろう。ともあれロックダウンは12日から始まり25日までの予定だったが、更に延びる予定。
