It has been recently learned that among the 101 independent administrative corporations,which operate the government's businesses on a separate and independent basis,22 corporations had accumulated deficits totaling 1.6 trillion yen as of the end of March, 2006.Given the situation that there are yet no clear methods to solve these difficulties,there might occur the possibility that the public funds would make up for the deficits.
