The Surveillance Committee of Securities and Others, a Japanese version of U.S. SEC, has decided to include all the operators of fund products in which they invite people to invest in the targeted organizations of its surveillance from September this year.If it find our some violations against decided regulations,it will soon recommend the Financial Services Agency to issue administrative disciplines.
