マーク島へ行く前に、ちょうど島から戻ってきたカナダ人ご夫妻に会った。
島に行くならココナツオイル持って行かないと！と言われた。

なんでもサンドフライという砂の中にいるハエがいて、それに刺されると大変なことになるんだって。
ひどいと病院行きだそう、、、。
でも予防でココナツオイルを塗っていると、万が一刺されても軽症ですむそうだ。

早速お隣のマッサージ屋さんで購入。
小さいビンだと、足りないと困ると思い、５００ミリリットル入りのでかいビンを購入した。

I bought it at next door's Massage shop.
I was afraid that a small bottle will be not enough, I took an 500ml big bottle.
幸いサンドフライに刺されることもなく、無事だったけど、ココナツオイルは日焼けにも良いみたいね。
日焼けの皮膚トラブルなど一切なかった。
Fortunately I haven't been bite sand fly and safe, I felt Coconuts oil is good for sunburn.
My skin is totally fine against sunburn.
でもさすがに５００ミリリットルはでかすぎたわ。
カバンからビンを出して、レナに「ココナツオイルあるから、どうぞ使ってね。」というと、
「でかい！」って驚いてた、、、。
たっぷり余ったので、そのまま持って帰って日本でも使うことにする。
Therefore 500ml bottle was too big. I put out it from my bag and said to Lena,

あんなにさらさらの透明の液体だったオイルが、白く固まってる！！
ショック～！
お風呂の湯舟につけて溶かして、お風呂上りに乾燥予防で塗っています。

When I went back Japan and put it out from my bag, and I was surprised again!!
It was a liquid and transparent in Thailand, but now it became white and solid!!
I was shocked!!
I put it in the bustab and make warm and melt, when I get out the busroom I put on
my skin not for dry skin. It's very good ♪♪♪
