I received a call from a customer on our pharmacy benefits hotline saying that she could not get in touch with her doctor and, as a result, couldn't get her birth control prescription filled. Although I explained politely there was nothing I could do, she became irate.
"Fine!" she said. "But if I get pregnant, it will be your fault!"
