簡単ホットケーキ
久しぶりにホットケーキを作りました。
①卵１個・牛乳８０mlをよく混ぜ、ホットケーキミックス１００ｇを加え均一にする。
②フライパンで①を入れ弱火で蓋をしてじっくり焼く。
③②の表面がぷくぷくとなってきたら裏返し、蓋をして焼き色を付ける。
④お皿に盛り、お好みでメープルシロップや蜂蜜をかけて出来上がり。

②Put ①in a frying pan, cover over low heat and bake slowly .
③When the surface of ② becomes plump, turn it over, cover it, and brown
④Serve on a plate and add maple syrup 2 to your liking .
