簡単ジャガイモのソテー
ソテーは、フランス語で『飛び跳ねる』の意味で、フライパンで炒めると油が飛び跳ねる事の由来。西洋料理の基本で、野菜・肉をバターで炒めたり・焼いたりする事。
①ジャガイモ4~5個を洗い、皮をむき1cmくらいの厚さに輪切りにする。
②フライパンにオリーブ油大匙1・塩少々を温め、ジャガイモを並べ2~3分焼き、裏返し、バター5~10gを加え、2分程焼き、お皿に盛り付け出来上がり。
*そのままでも美味しいが、食べる時バジルの粉やカレー粉などふりかけるのも美味しい。
Sauteed Easy Potatoes
Sauteed means "jump" in French, and it is derived from the fact that oil jumps when stir-fried in a frying pan. It is the basis of Western cuisine, frying and baking vegetables and meat in butter.
①Wash 4-5 potatoes, peel and cut into slices about 1cm thick.
②Heat 1 or a little salt olive oil in a frying pan, arrange the potatoes for 2-3 minutes, turn over, add 5-10 g of butter, bake for about 2 minutes, and serve on a plate.
* It is delicious as it is, but it is also delicious to sprinkle with basil powder and curry powder when eating.
