昔学生の頃に川端通にいた占い師に「咳が出てなかなか痰が切れない」って相談したら「それはあなたの右肩にいる狐の霊が悪戯をしているので、呼吸器科の医者に行って見てもらえ。そのままにしてると咳喘息になって長引くから抗生物質を処方してもらえ」って総合的にはすごく的確な占いをしてくれたな。

むやみやたらに処方箋的な占いもあったものである。
精神科医ですが、最近「霊媒師」や「占い師」の方が、治療が必要な患者を精神科に誘導してくれることが非常に増えたと感じてます。逆に「宗教家」の方々は、無駄に自分の所に留め置いて悪化させることが以前より多いイメージ。昔とは印象が逆転してきてるのが面白い。

宗教家について少し補足。伝統仏教系の皆様はカウンセリング等についても勉強熱心な方が多くて、自分でケアしようと頑張るも手に余ってご紹介いただくイメージ。仏教系新宗教は無頓着、神道系新宗教はやや精神科敵視、キリスト教系新宗教は精神科全力否定派が少なくない。あくまで個人の感想です。
