A major audit firm Misuzu Audit Corporation decided Monday to transfer its almost all businesses to audit firms such as the three major audit firms including Earnst & Young ShinNihon. Starting from the summer this year when audit works related to the account settlements for the business term ending at the end of March will have finished, its certified public accountants and staff members will be received by these firms.Misuzu has lost its confidence because Kanebo and Nikko Cordial Securities for which Misuzu serves as audit firm,made a malicious window-dressing settlements.But for avoiding the confusion, the company will continue its works for the companies whose business terms end at the end of March.
