A roller coaster,named Fujin-Raijin Ⅱ,derailed at Expoland amusement park in Suita,Osaka Prefecture,at around 0:50 pm,May 5, killing a woman and inuring 19 people-some were seriously injured.As an axle shaft of the second car seemed to have caused the accident,the Ministry of Land,Infrastructure and Constructiuon immediately instructed all the amusement parks and such kind facility mamagement firms across the country to soon check the same kind of gears.
