開業医の初診・再診料下げ 厚労省方針 来年度から 病院との格差是正
The Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare has decided to reduce from fiscal 2008 the medical treatment charges patients pay when they visit practitioners and get their services. The charges are now set higher than those when they visit hospitals and get a medical treatment there. It also intends to increase the rewards for practitioners when they attend their patients in the time except their regular working hours or they make house calls to patients.this is aimed at urging practitioners to do their services in the night-time by reviewing the practitioners's income sources,and helping solve the problem of shortage of responsible persons working in the medical treatment fronts or in charge of practical medical services.
