中国で長期雇用体制 松下・ホンダ 成果主義を導入 日本企業、労働新法に対応
Major Japanese companies having advanced in China have been establishing a new personnel management system based on the long-term employment system. Specifically, Matsushita and Honda have already introduced the so-called perfomance-oriented systems. These are one of measures taken by Japanese companies there aimed at coping with the condition that a labor-related enactment is expected to be carried out in the country in January, 2008.
