マンゴーの剥き方を教わりました。

まず、皮をそぐ。
At first, pare a mango.
次に縦、横に切り目を入れる。
Next, score vertical line and horizontal line.
ふちから包丁を入れ、種からそぐように切る。
Cut in from edge of mango just like slide the knife above its seed.
さいの目に切れます！
Do like this, cut off cubes.
