　たまにプントランドのニュースが流れてきたと思ったら。

BBC Soldiers and militants executed in Somali region 8 Mar 2023

　13名の男性の死刑執行。うち9名はal ShababないしIslamic State構成員とのこと。6名はもと兵士とか。

「Thirteen men have been executed in Somalia's semi-autonomous region of Puntland.

Nine of them were accused of belonging to the militant Islamist groups al-Shabab and Islamic State.

Six were former soldiers convicted of murder.

They were executed by firing squad in the northern cities of Garowe, Bosasso and Galkayo.」

　…まあ、そんなもんかという属性。国際的には、あんまりサクサク死刑されても困るのだが。しかし国法で死刑撤廃したら、あまりにも温情措置過ぎるというのも尤もな国情の乱れではある。
