　非常に非正統的な手法。だが一定の効果はあるのだろう。それなりには。「But analysts said the move was unlikely to have much of an impact.」ともあり、うんまあそれもそうだが。だが無いよりマシではあるし、かけた手間賃分は国民意識の高揚によってそれなりに回収できようし。

　日本でも、実際やったら、相当のお金が積みあがりそう。我々庶民の微々たる寄付は、「塵も積もれば」であるし、一部の金持ちたちはよき目的のために金を使おうと心に決めていたりもするようだし。彼らは「縁」があればカネを積む。
