スペイン：バレンシアが豪雨と洪水に見舞われ死者多数

　ここ数十年で最悪規模というほどの洪水に見舞われ、95名の死亡を確認。さらに数十名は行方不明で、死者数はさらに上がる見込み。

「Rescue efforts are continuing as Spain endures its worst flooding disaster in decades, with at least 95 people confirmed dead and dozens more missing after huge rains swept the eastern province of Valenica and beyond.」

　救助活動の遅れが主張されるものの、予測不可能だったという弁解の辞もあり。そこは日本みたいに、毎年水害を予測して生きてる人たちと違うから…。

　橋も建物も流しちゃう、結構な洪水。都市部直撃で、写真をみれば自動車が通りのそこらに押し込められちゃった姿が見える。こりゃあ厳しい。ぜんぶ廃車だろう。「エコ」車もエコじゃない勢い。…なにやらあまりに高度な仕組みを組み込んでいる関係上、リサイクルできないとむしろ環境負荷が大きいのだとか…そこはバラシて部品取りにできる旧来車のほうがよいのだろう。

　火曜日の大雨の結果としての水害。とすると、木曜日の今日の被害報告は最初期の取りまとめといったところか。ならば実際の被害の規模はもうちょいあとで見ることになるのだろう。まずはメモ状態ですわね。
