マルタはイタリアに言われたくない

「Italy has no right to ask Malta to accept the stranded migrant rescue ship Lifeline, according to Malta's Prime Minister Joseph Muscat.
Italy's Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said that Malta should take in the 226 migrants and arrest the crew.」

　こちとら、属国じゃねえぞ、という。でまあ、この226人の身柄は宙に浮く―あるいは波間に漂うのであり、人道危機でありつつ国際協調の危機であり、さらには沿岸各国の国庫の危機にも至ったりするわけだ。

「Italy's transport minister accused Malta of an "inhumane" and "absurd" decision for refusing to accept the vessel, but Malta maintains that the ship is under Italian jurisdiction.」

　…イタリアは「ヒトに言えた義理かよ」という突っ込み待ちかな？　しかし「イタリアはちょっと休みたい（2017-07-02）」のも、そのとおりだろうしなあ…。

　のべつまくなし「難民」を救って、そりゃあ人道的ですなあ、ならそのあとの保護まで考えてくれますかなあ、と言いたいのはよくわかる。また、リビアのコーストガードが仕事しているなら、そちらにまずは引き渡すべきだ、というのも筋としては筋だろう。引き渡すべきではない、という筋も理解するが。

　わりといい確率で、リビアで奴隷労働に動員されそうだし。そりゃ「救出」すべきという理屈もわかるんですが、じゃあ誰のカネで正義を実現しようとするのか―という問いには、たまには答えるべきかなあとも。
