Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries Minister Takehiko Endo has decided on Sunday to resign his position on Monday,taking responsibility for the issue of the inappropriate subsidy from the government which the agricultural benifit association,whose top position is served by himself, has received.His resignation is only one week after apointment, and will surely give the Abe administration a heavy blow.Another resignation of the high-ranking official is Yukiko Sakomot, a Foreign Affairs Ministry's state secretary's, which has resulted from double accounting of expenses in her campaign club and the LDP chapter in which she serves as president.
