第一節で見たように、30代、40代の働き盛りの年代を中心に長時間働く正社員の割合が高まる一方で、若年者で勤務時間の短いパート・アルバイトが増えるなど、労働時間が二極化している。

Whereas,as shown in the part 1, the ratio of full-time workers working long hours centering on the workers of 30s and 40s to the whole laborers has been increasing,those young and only working as part-timers for relatively short time have been also increasing.This is a sign of polarization of working hours among the people.

こうした状況下では、職場で働く正社員、パート・アルバイトはそれぞれどのような身体的、精神的な疲労を感じているだろうか。

What kinds of phsical and mental fatigue do the full-time worker and part-time worker feel respectively under the circumsatnce like this ?

ここでは、疲労感やストレスの状況と、これらに職場のつながりが及ぼす影響について見てみよう。

Here,we examine the conditions of workers' fatigue and stresses,and look into how human relationship in the workplace would have an influence on those.

Sharp Corp. and Pioneer Corp. have announced on Thursday that thwy will make capital and business tie-ups with each other.Specifically,Sharp will become the top shareholder of Pioneer having a 14% stake of it.And they will jointly develop various kinds of cutting-edge products such as next generation DVD or car electronics.Pioneer,the 9th-ranked company in the electronics industry,which has been in the depression,intends to recover its business with the help of Sharp,the 6th-ranked in the industry.In the situation that technological and price competition in the industry has been going on globally and companies' development investments have significantly increased, the industry' business alignment has already started and the two companies' deal will make the movement gain momentum.
